Different dermoscopic patterns of Reed’s naevi.

A. Typical sturburst pattern with multiple regularly distributed streaks and pseudopods on periphery.

B. Globular pattern: Homogeneous blue-gray or black-brown pigmentation is present centrally. The peripheral structures are regularly arranged globules.

C. Reticular pattern: Homogeneous blue-gray or black-brown pigmentation is present centrally.

D. Homogeneous pattern: Brown dark homogenous pattern with peripheral streaming.
